Meet the Team

Beechwood Solicitors provides high quality legal advice in an affordable and commercially accessible way.

Nicola Stapleton

Director and owner of the firm.

Qualified in London as a Barrister and fellow of Lincolns Inn Field and subsequently dual qualified as a solicitor, Nicola deals with all commercial, property and company matters. She deals with all commercial aspects from terms and conditions of trading, shareholders agreements to business sales and purchases and share acquisitions and disposals. She prides herself on building relationships and providing practical, commercial understandable advice, having a personal awareness of individual needs. She has a very loyal client base. Indeed 90% of her work is repeat and word of mouth recommendations.

Andrew Ashton

Former partner and consultant of Herbert Gowers and HMG Law LLP, Andrew joined Beechwood 5 years ago to continue to act as a consultant and director of the company. He has over 40 years experience dealing in company, commercial and probate matters. He advises on many corporate boards, and has a long historical portfolio of very loyal clients.

Mutley

Mutley is our office mascot. He is a handy dog to have around. He likes to deliver letters if the destination is local to the office and he guards the property at night. He's not officially on the payroll but he seems more than happy with the warm seat and bowl of water that we provide for him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jason Stapleton

Jason is our office manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Beechwood. As well as making sure the office runs efficiently, Jason also has the key role of organising the office parties!
